A guesthouse in a nineteenth‑century Esquilino building — one metro stop from Termini, a quiet walk from the Colosseum. Seven rooms across two doors on the same Roman street.
Domus Ferruccio occupies a historic building on Via Ferruccio, in the Esquilino district — the kind of street where neighbours still know each other, a few minutes' walk from Termini station and the shops and trattorias around it.
The house holds five rooms, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning and a writing desk. Two further rooms sit in a second building just around the corner, run with the same quiet attention. Guests share a kitchen, an elevator, and a front desk that answers in several languages.
It's an easy base for Rome on foot: the Colosseum, the Forum and Santa Maria Maggiore are all within walking distance, and the Vittorio Emanuele metro stop is at the end of the street.
Every room has a private bathroom, air conditioning and free Wi‑Fi. Five rooms are in the main house on Via Ferruccio; two suites are in the annex, a short walk away. Tap any photo to enlarge it.
